A hydraulic system is only as strong as the steel that holds it. Hydraulic Squad fabricates the frames, brackets, mounts, tanks and pipework that hydraulic components need, so your system fits the machine properly and keeps working under load.
We fabricate in our Bronkhorstspruit workshop and fit on site when needed. Our fabrication work ranges from a single cylinder bracket to complete re-piping of large mining machines.

Why use a hydraulic specialist for fabrication
General workshops can weld, but hydraulic work needs correct pipe routing, clean assembly and mounts that take the real forces of the cylinder. We design and build with the whole hydraulic system in mind, which means fewer leaks, less vibration and longer component life.
